You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations are applied at the end of the current billing period — you will receive your final box for any period already paid. Please note that we do not provide refunds for partial months.

That said, we want you to fully enjoy your ritual. If there are any issues with the contents of your box please let us know at hello@perfectnow.co.uk so we can make it right.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, journal prompts, and design elements — is the property of Perfect Now™ and is protected by US & UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

Because our signature wellness rituals are carefully curated and packed with intention, please allow 5–7 business days for your subscription box to be processed, shipped, and delivered to your doorstep. Once your ritual box leaves our facility, a tracking link will automatically be sent to your inbox so you can follow its journey.

To ensure your sacred spaces and daily practices remain entirely uninterrupted, all Perfect Now™ subscriptions are set to auto-renew on a monthly cycle. Your chosen payment method will be billed automatically on your recurring cycle date until you choose to adjust your settings.

You are completely free to cancel your subscription membership at any time through your personal account dashboard to prevent future renewals.

Please note that due to the curated, limited-edition nature of our single-origin wellness teas, custom mirror journals, and artisan incense blends, all subscription box sales are strictly non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for boxes that have already been processed, billed, or shipped. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will still receive your final pre-paid ritual box, and no further charges will be made.
